MPC LA hosted a VR Roundtable this week, moderated by SHOTS’ editor Danny Edwards. Set in the new Culver City studio’s open courtyard, the roundtable included industry influencers sharing insights about the burgeoning medium of VR and its undeniable power as an immersive medium. MPC EP, VR, Tim Dillon, and CD, VFX, Paul O’Shea were part of the conversation. The VR Roundtable touched upon first-of-a-kind VR experiences for film, music, publishing and cause-related clients, among others, and highlighted successes and challenges in the rapidly evolving space.
